Prince Academy got Centre of Excellence Award.
Prince Academy has been awarded the Center of Excellence Award by the Government of India.
Scientists from 37 laboratories across the country will join the students of Prince Academy.
Sikar-based CBSE English Medium School Prince Academy has been honored with the Center of Excellence Award in the Knowledge and Awareness Mapping Platform, Camp Pratibha Utsav-2023, organized in New Delhi.
This award was given to Prince Academy by Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Jitendra Singh, CSIR-NISPAR Director Dr. Ranjana Aggarwal, former Director of CSIR Prof. B.B. Dhar and provided by Professor Rakesh Bhatnagar of Jawaharlal Nehru University.
CSIR organizes Camp-NASTA, a national assessment test for scientific temperament and aptitude, to test the scientific thinking and understanding among school students across the country. Prince Academy has been given this award on the basis of better scientific thinking and understanding among the students of Prince Academy as per the examination. Principal Poonam Chauhan received this award.
It is noteworthy that Prince Academy is the first school in Rajasthan to receive this honour. Under this award, CSIR will set up a Robotics and AI Laboratory in Prince Academy in which students of Prince Academy as well as other schools of Sikar will be able to do scientific activities. Here, scientists from 37 laboratories of CSIR across the country will directly connect with the students and enhance their scientific thinking and ability.
There was an atmosphere of excitement in Prince Academy after being honored at the national level. Prince Eduhub Director Jogendra Sunda, Chairman Dr. Piyush Sunda, Chief Managing Director Rajesh Dhillon, Managing Director Ramakant Swamy and Academic Head Pankaj Chaudhary appreciated the efforts made to develop scientific temper among the students and extended their best wishes.

देशभर की 37 प्रयोगशालाओं के वैज्ञानिक जुड़ेंगे प्रिंस एकेडमी के विद्यार्थियों से.
नई दिल्ली में आयोजित नॉलेज एंड अवेयरनेस मैपिंग प्लेटफाॅर्म, कैम्प प्रतिभा उत्सव-2023 में सीकर स्थित सीबीएसई इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल प्रिंस एकेडमी को सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया गया है।
प्रिंस एकेडमी को यह पुरस्कार विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी, केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री जितेन्द्र सिंह, सीएसआईआर-निस्पर निदेशक डा. रंजना अग्रवाल, सीएसआईआर के पूर्व निदेशक प्रो. बी.बी. धर एवं जवाहर लाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय के प्रोफेसर राकेश भटनागर द्वारा प्रदान किया गया।
सीएसआईआर के द्वारा देशभर की स्कूलों के विद्यार्थियों में वैज्ञानिक सोच एवं समझ की जांच करने हेतु वैज्ञानिक स्वभाव एवं योग्यता के लिए राष्ट्रीय मूल्यांकन परीक्षा, कैम्प-नास्टा का आयोजन करवाया जाता है। परीक्षा के तहत प्रिंस एकेडमी के विद्यार्थियों में बेहतर वैज्ञानिक सोच व समझ के आधार पर प्रिंस एकेडमी को यह पुरस्कार प्रदान किया गया है। प्रिंसिपल पूनम चौहान ने यह पुरस्कार ग्रहण किया।
गौरतलब है कि प्रिंस एकेडमी यह सम्मान हासिल करने वाली राजस्थान की पहली स्कूल है। इस अवॉर्ड के तहत सीएसआईआर द्वारा प्रिंस एकेडमी में रोबोटिक एंड एआई लेबोरेट्री स्थापित की जाएगी जिसमें प्रिंस एकेडमी के साथ ही सीकर की अन्य स्कूलों के छात्र भी वैज्ञानिक गतिविधियाँ कर सकेंगे। यहाँ सीएसआईआर की देशभर की 37 प्रयोगशालाओं के वैज्ञानिक विद्यार्थियों से सीधे जुड़कर उनमें वैज्ञानिक सोच एवं क्षमता को बढ़ाएंगे।
राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित होने पर प्रिंस एकेडमी में उत्साह का माहौल रहा। प्रिंस एजुहब निदेशक जोगेंद्र सुण्डा, चेयरमैन डा. पीयूष सुण्डा, मुख्य प्रबंध निदेशक राजेश ढिल्लन, प्रबंध निदेशक रमाकांत स्वामी एवं एकेडमिक हेड पंकज चैधरी ने छात्रों के बीच वैज्ञानिक सोच को विकसित करने के लिए किए गए प्रयासों की सराहना की और शुभकामनाएं दी।
